Bridge Program at USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital

This hospital-based program serves the needs of families with a child with a complex medical diagnosis. The team includes a registered nurse, a nurse practitioner, and a physician who works closely with the primary medical team, care managers, child life specialists, and members of the children’s therapy services staff to ensure the best care possible.
