Intro to Game Design

Grades 2 -3: After a short review of what we learned in Coding Basics, we’ll discuss the process of building a video game including the five steps in the game design process. We will work in SCRATCH to build a game using those steps. This class is based on the Girl Scout Coding for Good badge series but any child of the correct age may attend. Scouts in uniform will receive a free FHPL Coding fun patch. Official badges must be obtained from your troop or council; FHPL will provide you with a certificate of completion.
