Mobile Symphony Presents Strings Attached

This concert explores the progression of European classical music from Bach, to Mendelssohn, to Schumann, and on to the 20th century. Vibrant young artist Simone Porter will perform Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto, a guaranteed showstopper. Tickets are $20-$96 and can be purchased online at mobilesymphony.org, by phone at (251)432-2010 or at the Mobile Symphony Box Office located at 257 Dauphin Street. Student tickets are $10 on Saturdays. Through the MSO Big Red Ticket program sponsored by the Alabama Power Foundation and the Figures Foundation, students in grades K-12 can attend the Sunday performances free when accompanied by a paying adult.  www.mobilesymphony.org
